In March '09 BEES volunteers constructed a living willow fence to edge the new nature area and made two domes within this, a great resource for storytelling and creative play. The children helped us to mark out the area and also took charge of watering it afterwards and kept it woven in. 
In May a volunteer team from Bradford Chamber of Commerce gave a day of their time to prepare a large area to be sown as wildflower meadow.
This was later sown by children from nursery and reception.
