Dunham Massey is a National Trust property. The Georgian mansion is set in an extensive deer park. Currently a portion of the house has been turned into a military hospital similar to the one that was established during the WW1. The grounds contain Britain’s largest winter garden.
Cost: National Trust members free, Non National Trust members - House & garden £11, Garden only £6.40 (group rates). There is a tea room (accessible mid-afternoon), toilets and shop. Please bring a packed lunch.
