Appley Cafe, CSC All Ages

Appley Cafe at Handmade in Bradford.

From Tuesday 25th September to Saturday 29th September we ran a 'cafe' in the Picnic Parlour upstairs at Handmade in Bradford.

The idea was to provide tasters of sweet and savoury appley food to encourage people to cook with more fruit, think about growing their own fruit and vegetables, and just in enjoy wht was on offer.

Through the week more than 200 people came into the cafe or sampled the freshly pressed apple juice outside the shop.

We have created a sample menu for people to cook some of the receipes that were on offer in the cafe. It is attached below
